Payment
We use PayPal for payment processing. You can use your PayPal account or pay as a guest using any major credit card.
Shipping
We use USPS Priority shipping (“if it fits, it ships”) unless you request something different. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

Next-day or two-day shipping is also available via Priority Mail Express. If you prefer to use another courier service, please contact us for shipping rates.
For orders of more than 40 packages of treats, please contact us for custom shipping costs.
Seasonal Shipping Notes: To ensure your treats arrive in the best possible condition, we don’t ship outside a 200-mile radius of DFW from Memorial Day to the end of September unless you choose next-day shipping or your order is eligible for DFW area delivery. Sitting in a hot truck for 3-5 days in the middle of the summer heat wouldn’t be the best environment for our treats, and we don’t want you to be dissatisfied with them.
Delivery (for customers in the DFW Metroplex only)
For our customers who live within 30 miles of the DFW International Airport, we also offer free delivery service for any order of $20.00 or more.
Returns and Refunds
Since our treats are food, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or if you have a serious complaint or concern about our treats or our service, please contact us. We want to be sure you and your pets are satisfied with your experience.
